Tasty plant-based sausages lightly seasoned with herbs and spices.
Cooking instructions:
- Empty Sausage Mix into a measuring jug, add 140ml of boiling water for every 100g of mix and add a little sunflower oil.
- Stir and leave to set for 10 minutes.
- Shape mix into sausage shapes, add some sunflower oil to a frying pan, setting to a medium heat.
- Fry the sausages until golden brown, turning occasionally.
