Returns

If you change your mind about an in store or online purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and if applicable, in its original packaging. 

Some types of goods are exempt from being eligible for return; Perishable goods such as food, and any refill product that has been sold by weight are not eligible for return. We also do not accept sanitary products such as reusable menstrual cups, breast pads, period pads or underwear or reusable cloth nappies. 

We require proof of purchase for returns. 

If you wish to return an online order:

1) Please contact us to inform us which items are being returned, and the reason why.

2) Post them to Sugar & Scoop (Returns), 76-78 High Street, Ware, SG12 9AT. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Only standard shipping costs can be refunded from the original order if the order is returned in its entirety.

Refunds
Once your return is received, provided the above conditions are met, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days. 

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
